Advanced Robot Solutions was delighted to be part of the coverage of El Paso County, TX successful implementation of ARS Connect, our Multilingual, Conversational AI, NLP self-service platform to better serve the needs of all of the citizens of their county, including the large Ft. El Paso County, Texas, faced significant challenges in providing equal access to legal services for its diverse population of over 865,000 residents. With a large geographical area including remote colonias (small southwestern towns), the Ft Bliss Army base, and limited public transportation, many residents struggled to access county services during regular business hours. A solution in English and Spanish was critical.
