We’re thrilled to announce the latest A.I. self-service kiosk installment at Fort Bliss in El Paso County, TX, bringing the power of A.I. to the Buffalo Soldier Welcome Center! This groundbreaking deployment enables nearly 30,000 active-duty personnel to access county and court services without leaving Ft. Bliss and without using up valuable leave days.
The Challenge: Access Without Exit

Military personnel face a persistent problem: accessing civilian government services while under movement restrictions. Throughout active duty, Ft. Bliss soldiers often cannot leave the installation.
Previously, service members struggled with paying court and county fees, handling county administrative tasks, and accessing county-provided health insurance information while on base. The two El Paso County hardtech kiosks at Ft. Bliss make dealing with the county easier by providing an on-site self-service solution, as well as acting as an information hub, which reduces the number of times service members must leave the base.
The Solution: 24/7 Government Access
The A.I. kiosks transform how military personnel handle civilian obligations. Located in the high-traffic welcome center and at the Freedom Center mall, these systems operate around the clock to accommodate military schedules.
Key capabilities include:
Multilingual support – Allows end-users to speak both English and Spanish.
Secure payment processing – Provides direct integration with county systems.
Information Retrieval - Makes it easy to access information about services.
Real-time transactions - Instantly complete and confirm payment transactions.
Real-World Impact
A soldier on base can now handle administrative tasks without having to request leave or even step foot off the base. This allows nearly 30,000 service members stationed at Ft. Bliss to gain greater access to government and court services.
Who benefits:
Active-duty soldiers under movement restrictions.
Military families in base housing.
Veterans and retirees accessing base facilities.
Deployed personnel's family members.
Beyond Fort Bliss
This pioneering technology is reshaping government service delivery across 13 states. We recognize that geographic isolation creates unique challenges for service members who must fulfill civilian obligations. This solution bridges that gap, creating equal access for everyone.
Technology Meets Military Readiness
Advanced Robot Solutions brings proven courthouse deployment experience from Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, and California, and now to the military sector. As Fort Bliss undergoes modernizations—including railway expansion and advanced air defense systems—adding digital government services aligns with the Army's "smart base" initiative, enhancing operational efficiency and quality of life.
Launch Details
The A.I. kiosks go live today at Fort Bliss's main visitor center. This deployment represents more than technological convenience—it's recognition that America's defenders deserve seamless access to civilian services while serving their country.
